Not only was the pool disgusting with dirty towels, but the restaurant was was out of business. Also, the advertisement showed that the hotel was a mile away from Beale St. It was over 3 miles away and it cost us a lot in cab fares to get to our destination! ...read more

This hotel is definitely unique and fun, lobby is nice and interesting, rooms are basic but our room was clean, room service was prompt and cleaned well. Way rather stay here than a similar quality chain hotel. Reviews were poor but it exceeded our expectations. ...read more

The rooms were dirty. You had to pay $6.50 per day to park in there parking lot which is to dark and also cramped. The elevators were small and acted like they where on there last leg. Our air conditioner in our first room was broken, but they not only moved us to a new room they up graded us to a deluxe room. The deluxe room wasn't that much nicer. If your traveling with a laptop and need wi-fi internet access it is only available in the lobby unless you get a deluxe room on the 8th floor. ...read more

The hotel was clean & hot water stayed hot & didn't have to wait for the hot water it came right out hot. The hotel staff was friendly & just about everything I wanted to see was close by. Quit environment, & comfortable bed. ...read more

Solo Traveler
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys sleeping or feeling clean. The beds were very uncomfortable. The fixtures in the hallway were covered in filth. The room hadn't been cleaned and wasn't cleaned the 4 days we were there. The beds smelled and the pillows made me gag when smelling them. The floors weren't clean enough to walk on without shoes. The electrical outlet pulled loose from the wall which made me concerned about fire hazard. All in all I would never stay in this hotel again. ...read more

My main focus will be on the room in which I stayed. Everything is out dated. The water would not get hot after letting it run for approximately seven minutes. The linen was filthy.
